BIG CHEF’s Lobster Wellingtons are easy to prepare, and only need minutes in a traditional oven to get the best taste, texture, and feel out of it. Just pre-heat the oven to 380 degrees, bake the frozen product on a baking sheet for around 10-15 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Once the product becomes golden brown in color, it is ready to be served or eaten- Enjoy! Cooking Instructions

Do not microwave. Use conventional oven. Preheat oven to 380 degrees and bake from frozen on a baking sheet for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.


Filling: Squat Lobster Tails, Onions, Margarine (liquid soybean oil, partially hydrogenated, water, salt, soybean, lecithin, vegetable mono and diglycerides, sodium benzoate as a preservative, artificial flavor, colored with beta-carotene, vitamin A palmitate added), Mushrooms, Peppers, Salt, Garlic, Seasoning mix (salt, celery seeds, spices and paprika), Masala cooking wine (masala wine- salt- potassium sorbate (as preservative)- potassium metabisulfite (as preservative)- and Japanese bread crumbs (wheat flour- contains 2% or less of the following: sugar- yeast- partially hydrogenated soybean oil- salt – calcium propinate (to protect freshness). Shell: Enriched flour (bleached wheat flour, barley malt, niacin, iron, thiamin, mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), partially hydrogenated vegetable shortening (soybean and cottonseed oils), water, calcium sulfate, L – cysteine hydrochloride), monocalcium phosphate, mono and diglycerides (emulsifiers), artificial color (yellow 5, yellow 6), TBHQ and BHT (added to protect flavor).
