Chorizo calzone

Chorizo, Ricotta (whole milk, vinegar (as starter), salt and stabilizer-locust bean gum)- mozzarella (cultured pasteurized part skim milk, salt, enzymes, powdered cellulose and/or potato starch added to prevent caking)- parmesan cheese (pasteurized part skim milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes)- liquid eggs (whole eggs, citric acid)- and puff pastry. Puff pastry: enriched flour (bleached wheat flour, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, niacin, iron, acid folic, vegetable shortening, water, calcium sulfate, L-cysteine hydrochloride, monocalcium phosphate, mono and diglycerides, artificial color, TBHQ and BHT (to protect flavor).
