BIG CHEF’s Chicken Empanadas are easy to prepare appetizers and the buyer needs only to treat the product a bit in a traditional oven to get the best taste, texture, and feel out of it. To get the best-finished Chicken Empanadas, pre-heat the oven to 380 degrees. Once the oven reaches the required heat level, bake the frozen product on a baking sheet for around 10-15 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Once the product becomes golden brown in color, it should be removed from the oven and is ready to be served or eaten. Although our Chicken Empanadas are good enough in themselves, eating them along with our other Canapés or Appetizer Hors D’oeuvres, like Bacon Leek Quiche or Beef Tenderloin Cilantro, would further enhance its already tantalizing taste for any cocktail food party event.

Cooking Instructions

Do not microwave. Use conventional oven. Preheat oven to 380 degrees and bake from frozen on a baking sheet for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches at least 165 degrees.


Chopped chicken, Onions, Bell Peppers, Spanish Olives (olive, water, pimento, salt, lactic acid, sodium alginate, guar gum, calcium chloride, and potassium sorbate as preservative), Margarine (liquid soybean oil, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, water, salt, soybean lecithin, vegetable mono and diglycerides, sodium benzoate as a preservative, artificial flavor, colored with beta-carotene, vitamin A palmitate added)- Roasted Garlic, Salt, Paprika, Oregano, White Pepper, Cumin, Liquid Eggs (Egg whites, contain 1% water, beta carotene, Xanthan Gum, Salt, Guar Gum, Artificial Flavor)- Soy (texturized soy protein). Shell: Flour (bleached wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, enzyme), vegetable shortening (soybean and cottonseed oil with dimethylpolysiloxane added to reduce foaming, water, and salt). Processed eggs (whole eggs, citric acid) used to help seal empanadas.
