Big Chef's special "real" crab cake is ready for baking. 25 pieces.

Cooking Instructions:
Use conventional oven at 375oF. Defrost till soft place in a sheet pan sprayed with oil of vegetable spray and sear on both sides turning once for a few minutes until golden. Do not microwave.

Ingredients:

Johna crabmeat; lump crabmeat; grouper cheeks; onions; bell peppers; mayonnaise (soyabean oil, water, corn syrup, egg yolk, vinegar, salt, spice, disodium EDTA (to protect flavour);lemon juice (water, concentrated lemon juice), sodium disulfite and sodium benzoate(preservatives), lemon oil); eggs; saltine crackers (enriched flour, niacinamide, reduced iron, thiamin monitrate (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), folic acid), partially hydrogenated soybean and/or cottonseed oil, salt, contains 2% or lessof corn syrup, leavening (baking soda, yeast), soy lecithin); dry mustard; red and black pepper, salt (salt,yellow prussiate soda) and parsley. Contains: Wheat and Soy.
