Spicy chorizo sausage enfolded in puff pastry dough for baking. 12 pieces.

Cooking Instructions:
Use conventional oven. Preheat oven 380°F. Without defrosting. Place puffs on a baking sheet and heat for 10 -15 minutes or until they get golden. Do not microwave.

Ingredients:

Chorizo (pork, pork fat, water, salt, flour (bleached wheat flour enriched with niacin, reduced iron thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid) sugar, paprika, spices, flavouring, dextrose, modified corn starch, corn syrup solids, soy protein concentrate, monosodium glutamate, liquid smoke, artificial color (red 40, red rose 3, yellow 6) caramel color, sodium tripolyphosphate sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite, collagen casing), mozzarella (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes contains milk protein) ricotta cheeses (whole milk, cream skim milk, vinegar , salt, xanthan gum, locust bean gum, guar gum (stabilizers); parmesan pasteurized (cow milk, salt, enzymes, powdered cellulase, starch blend added to prevent caking); egg yolks, liquid egg (egg white vegetable gums (xanthan gum guar gum) color (beta carotene) and Puff pastry (enriched flour (bleached wheat flour, niacin reduced iron, thimine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, malted barley flour partially hydrogenated soybean and cottonseed oil (with mono and diglycerides, artificial flavour TBHC and BHT added to protect flavour) water contains 2% less of salt, dough conditioner (sodium stearoyl lacttylate, calcium sulfate, cystine hydro chloride leavening (monocalcium phosphate) artificial color (yellow 5, yellow 6) vegetable color annatto,tumeric).
