Cooking Instructions:
Use conventional oven. Pre heat oven 380°F. Place without defrosting in baking sheet and heat for 10 minutes or until golden. Do not microwave.

Ingredients:

Chicken; onions; texturized soy protein; bell peppers; spanish olives (olives, water, pimento, salt, lactic acid, sodium alginate, guar gum, calcium chloride, and potassium sorbate as preservative); margarine (liquid soybean oil, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, water, salt, soybean lecithin, vegetable mono and diglycerides, sodium benzoate as a preservative, artificial flavor, colored with beta-carotene, vitamin A palmitate added); garlic; salt; seasoning mix (salt, celery seeds, spices and paprika) and dough (flour (bleached wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, enzyme), vegetable shortening (soybean and cottonseed oil with dime-thylpolysiloxane added to reduce foaming, water and salt); processed eggs (whole eggs, citric acid) used to help seal empanadas. Contains: Soy and Eggs ingredients.
