Cooking Instructions:
Use conventional oven. Pre heat oven 380°F. Place without defrosting on baking sheet and heat for 10-15 minutes or until golden. Do not microwave.

Cooked ground beef; onions; texturized soy protein; bell peppers; spanish olives (olives, water, pimento, salt, lactic acid, sodium alginate, guar gum, calcium chloride, and potassium sorbate as preservative); margerine (liquid soybean oil, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, water, salt, soybean lecithin, vegetable mono and diglycerides, sodium benzoate as a preservative, artificial flavor, colored with beta-carotene, vitamin A palmitate added); garlic; salt; seasoning mix (salt, celery seeds, spices and paprika); dough (flour, water, margarine, tallow fat, water, mono and diglyceride salt, preservative, calcium propionate) and processed eggs (whole eggs, citric acid) used to help seal empanadas.
